Are Russians ready to die for Ukraine?

 

 

Despite its colossal superiority in both numbers and technical equipment, Russia is losing the war with Ukraine. The reason for this failure lies primarily in the soldiers' motivation. A similar situation occurred in the Afghan War, which Russia lost shamefully. Ukrainians are fighting, first and foremost, for their land, to live as they wish, to speak their native language, and to be free from the dictates of Russia, which for some reason has decided to dictate their fate without having any right to do so. And for this, Ukrainians are ready to give their lives. One can't help but recall the famous phrase of Mustafa Kemal (Atatürk), who commanded the bloodiest battle of World War I at Gallipoli: "I do not command you to win, I command you to die." And 74,635 Turkish soldiers obeyed the order, winning the battle.

 

What is this Russian soldier fighting for, on Ukrainian soil, and is he ready to give his life for victory? According to the plan of the bloody dictator Putin, he was sent to a foreign country to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. So on what basis did Putin decide that power in Ukraine is in the hands of Nazis, who, in accordance with Nazi ideology, are militarizing it for the purpose of attacking Russia? According to Putin, Ukrainian fascists seized power in Ukraine as a result of the 2013 uprising, when Oleksandr Turchynov, a Nazi by definition, was elected acting president after the fleeing President Yanukovych. But then, strange events uncharacteristic of a fascist regime occurred. Six months later, as a result of popular elections, Petro Poroshenko became president of Ukraine. He, too, was clearly a Nazi, considering that it was under his rule that the law on the Ukrainian language was passed, granting it the status of state language, which provoked Putin's fury and indignation. However, the Russian language has exactly the same status in Russia, since, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Law "On the State Language of the Russian Federation" (2005), Russian is the official language throughout the country, especially in a multi-ethnic country like Russia. Then, according to Putin's logic, Nazis are in power in Russia too.

 

However, let's continue with the Ukrainian oddities: after Poroshenko's presidential term ended, in accordance with the Ukrainian Constitution, Volodymyr Zelenskyy became president again through popular elections, which Putin considers an even greater fascist than Poroshenko. And this is Russia's dictator-for-life speaking about Zelenskyy, a Jew! Moreover, how could three elections be held in the fascist country of Ukraine, and three dictators at that, is sheer nonsense. Hitler, if he could, would have turned over in his grave three times. What kind of popular elections can we even talk about under a fascist regime, especially with a succession of dictators?! And Putin's regime is a case in point. In short, the world-famous liar Putin has outdone himself by calling Ukraine a Nazi country that needs to be denazified. And if we consider Putin's historical ingenuity, which claims that Ukrainians and Russians are one and the same people, then his plan for denazification—the destruction of the Ukrainian nation—is understandable. In other words, it's called genocide.

 

As for demilitarization, Putin lied as usual. It's well known that before Russia's attack on Ukraine, Ukraine handed over all its nuclear weapons to Russia and sold the rest of its military equipment to anyone. One would have to be crazy to believe Ukraine is being militarized. As a result of this reckless attitude toward armaments, and especially the belief in Moscow's assurances of non-aggression (the Budapest Memorandum), Ukraine became desperately in need of them after Russia's invasion. It's good that the West, after much hesitation, finally realized that Ukraine was essentially confronting a resurgent Nazism in Russia—the archenemy of Democracy (1, 2, 3)—and decided to arm Ukraine's courageous soldiers. The high motivation of the Ukrainian soldier, combined with Western weapons, transformed the situation on the front. Having withstood the initial onslaught of the fascist invaders and routed them near Kyiv and then Kharkiv, the Ukrainians shifted from defense to expelling the enemy from their homeland. Putin is no longer talking about the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine; the goal of the war he has waged has changed for him personally, for defeat threatens the Führer of the Russian version not only with the loss of power and thefts, but also with a tribunal, followed by the inevitable collapse of his beloved Empire of Evil and Lies. Returning to the question of Russian motivations in the war with Ukraine, it is well illustrated by the horde of conscription-age Russians fleeing Russia and the raids on them carried out by Putin's security forces. Why should they die in a foreign country? For the palaces and yachts of Putin and his thieving henchmen, who have hired lying propagandists to deceive the people.
