Karabakh eshak, or some
mistakes of Nature
Molla Nasreddin had a donkey that could read, though silently, like most people. In Azerbaijan, to emphasize someone's special intellectual abilities, the expression "Karabakh eshak" is used. I would like to immediately make a reservation that the word "eshak" in translation from Azerbaijani is a donkey. Be that as it may, this species of odd-toed ungulates, which also includes horses, has been in close contact with humans since ancient times, which apparently explains the unique ability of Molla Nasreddin's inseparable companion. Much time has passed since then, and today some representatives of the odd-toed ungulate order have learned not only to read, but also to think, and to put it into words. Therefore, it is not surprising that a donkey, in our case a horse, which makes no difference for this species, possessing such a gift, ended up in an important post in the Russian government as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and this is, one might say, the second-highest post in the state. So the efforts of Molla Nasreddin, who taught the donkey to read, were not in vain. By the way, this fact once again confirms the accuracy of such a science as genetics. It is not for nothing that the hereditary traits of an odd-toed ungulate are clearly visible in the photo of the minister.
The other day, this minister once again
showed what heights a horse can reach in thinking ability. I am saying this
because the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs found Hitler's hereditary
origins, discovering Jewish roots in him, which caused a stir in Israel. The
international scandal that has flared up now threatens to sever political
relations between the Kremlin and the Jewish state, which until now has
remained neutral on the issue of anti-Russian sanctions of the West. It seems
that the horse, having learned to talk, did not learn that not all thoughts,
especially dubious ones, should be spoken out loud, in a position such as the
Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to
rumours, Putin apologized for his minister. However, there is no official
confirmation of this. And to believe the words of Putin, a known liar, is the
last thing. Now, if Lavrov himself, who insulted the Jews, had officially
apologized, that would be a different matter.
