The first president after Putin will
be the president of Muscovy
Russian President
Vladimir Putin, during his speech at the 25th St. Petersburg International
Economic Forum, said "The USSR is historical Russia, but it so happened
that it ceased to exist." It's a pity Putin did not name the reason.
Today, Russia is on the verge of final collapse and the reason is known.
In the article "When the Donkey Dies" (1) I wrote that Putin's policy is dangerous not only for neighboring, former fraternal nations, with most of which Putin managed to spoil relations, but also for countries with established democracy, which could result in disastrous self-isolation for Russia. The war that Russia started in Ukraine as the first step towards restoring the empire within the borders of the USSR will be its last step. In modern warfare, the electronic equipment of the armed forces comes to the forefront, without which previous types of weapons become useless iron junk. It's like comparing a thousand knights in armor with one tank. Russia's defeat in the war will inevitably be followed by the departure of the revanchist Putin, general chaos and the collapse of the empire. I hope that this time the West will take into account the lesson learned in the past and, knowing the mentality of the Russian people and their imperial worldview, will not save Russia in the hope that now the Russian people will understand the advantages of democracy over authoritarianism. The Russian people genetically do not accept democratic values, as a result, democracy is contraindicated for an empire. (2, 3, 4)
The Russian Empire
will return to its historical borders and will acquire its former name of
Muscovy. And maybe then, finding itself without the opportunity to exist at the
expense of robbing other peoples, the Russian people will follow the example of
the Finns. The vast territory beyond the Volga River will be divided between
the indigenous peoples of Siberia and the Urals. By the way, historically
Siberia was not Russia; people were exiled to Siberia from Russia.
